Deposit and Booking:

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be transferred to your next appointment and held on file when you rebook with us at the end of your appointment, ensuring your appointment is accurately scheduled with the correct allocated time.

    You may apply the $50 deposit towards your current appointment cost.

    However, if you choose this option and later book another appointment online, another $50 deposit will be required.

Cancellation Notice:

  • 48-Hour Notice: To cancel your appointment without additional charges, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer your appointment slot to other clients.

  • How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made via your confirmation email, phone, or our online booking system. Please ensure you receive a cancellation confirmation from us.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

  • Less Than 48 Hours: If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or reschedule within this timeframe, you will forfeit your $50 deposit.

  • No-Show: Failing to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Exceptions & Rescheduling:

  • Emergencies: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. We may waive the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis, with proof of emergency required.

  • Rescheduling: We will try to accommodate rescheduling requests made within the policy limits, subject to availability.
